Nope and nope. We believe in earning your business each and every month, so we don’t lock our customers in to contracts.

We also believe in fair, transparent pricing. The price you see online is the price you’re going to pay every month.

Our goal is to be as minimally invasive as possible, so we strive to make it look like we were never there. If you want to learn more or report an issue, visit our construction page.

We install our fiber one of two ways depending on your area.

In most areas, our network is constructed underground. We’ll run your dedicated fiber line from a connection point at the street to your home and set up your network inside. Then, we’ll come back within 10 business to bury the line in your yard.
