That’s right. For every referral that installs Gateway Fiber service, you’ll receive a $50 credit on your account*. The more you sign up, the more you save. And your referrals will be able to do the same thing once they’ve installed their service.

You will receive an email from us with your referral information once you are a customer. But, if you've lost that email and want to get your unique URL, fill out the form to the right and we will get you the URL right away to continue sharing with friends.

Check your email for a message from us with a link to use for all your referrals. Email or text the link to your friends for them to sign up. Once both of you have your service installed, you get $50 off your next bill. For every referral you send who becomes a customer, you get another $50 credit off your bill.

The $50 credit will appear on your bill the month after both your service and their service are up and running.

You knew there was fine print, right? Don't worry. It's standard stuff.

Limited to Gateway Fiber serviceable locations. Only current Gateway residential and business customers are eligible to be referring customers. Gateway employees are not eligible to participate as a referring customer or referred friend. Referred friend must be a new Gateway customer. Transferring, upgrading, or moving of existing Gateway services is not eligible. Referred friend receives no value under this program. Referring customer will have a one-time $50 credit applied to their Gateway bill for each new friend referred and installed. Referred friend must provide first and last name and address or phone number of the referring customer during their order process and must complete installation of their new Gateway service prior to the referring customer receiving bill credit. In the event more than one customer refers the same friend, only one customer will be eligible to redeem the bill credit. Other restrictions may apply. Gateway reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time without notice. Bill credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used as a credit on the customer’s Gateway bill.
