Quick Setup Steps
Step 1:
Select your plan & place your order
Enter your full apartment/unit address, select your speed tier, and select "First Available" when prompted for scheduling. You'll receive a confirmation text within a few hours once your internet is live.
Step 2:
Set up your Wi-Fi network
Download the Gateway Fiber app on the Apple App Store or Google Play store to set up and manage your new Wi-Fi network.
Step 3:
Set up your account
You'll receive an email from us to set up your an account to manage your billing preferences and add a payment method.
We encourage you to sign up with Gateway right as you move in and have direct access to the equipment in your apartment.
We’ve already got you covered. The equipment in your apartment is set up and optimized for your space, so you’ll get the best performance right out of the gate without the need for your own router. You'll be able to further customize your network through your Gateway Fiber app.
No worries. We'll send you a bill via email that will include directions for setting up your account and choosing your payment method.

We accept credit and debit cards with a Visa®, American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, or via automatic bank account withdrawal. Or you can mail us a check each month. Learn more.
To pay your bill online or set up autopay, log into your Gateway Fiber account.
We bill a month in advance. Your first bill will be prorated for the month you got installed PLUS the next full month, so it may be a bit higher than your normal bill. Don't worry, this only happens once. Your next bill will be back to normal.
By default, we send you an electronic bill via email at no charge. If you prefer a paper bill, we can send you one, but there is a $5 per month charge.
Devices that are hardwired to your new router will receive all the speed and bandwidth promised.
Wireless speed depends entirely on the wireless network within your home and varies based on several factors including distance from the wireless connection point to the device, age of the device, obstacles in between them, and environmental factors.
Speeds over Wi-Fi will almost always be slower than a wired connection. For example: if you are on our 1 Gig plan, you can expect to see the full 1 Gig on your wired devices and around 500-600 Mbps over Wi-Fi depending on your device's wireless capabilities.
