Your Gateway Fiber service has been temporarily interrupted due to a past-due balance. To restore your service, please make a payment for the total amount due on your account.

Payments can be completed quickly and securely through your online account.

Prefer to pay your bill over the phone? Call 888-201-4339, choose “Make a Payment,” and follow the prompts. Please have your account PIN available for security purposes.

Setup Autopay

To help avoid future interruptions, you can enroll in autopay once logged in:

  1. Under My Account, select Manage Payment Methods
  2. Add your preferred payment method
  3. Click Save Account to complete enrollment
